All orders typically ship within 48 hours once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped from the warehouse. Please note that we do our absolute best to ship your order as soon as possible, but during busy sale periods high order volume may slow us down. During these periods the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated delivery dates seen in checkout. Delivery times are an indication and no rights can be derived from this.

In our attempt to process and ship your order as fast as possible, orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed. We want to get people out on the mountain with their new gear as quickly as possible, so we begin processing orders as soon as they are received. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has entered the system. This policy applies to all orders placed on burton.com.

If an item ordered becomes out of stock, you will receive an email detailing the item in question. You will not be charged for the item.
