Pricing
All custom, handmade boards are priced at CHF 1.300,00. This price includes shipping, import duties and taxes.
Shipping
The board you are ordering is a custom, made-to-order snowboard. Please allow 8 -10 Weeks for Burton to build your board and ship to Europe. You'll be notified with your estimated ship date once your board is in production.
Quality Materials
All Burton Custom Shop snowboards are handmade to order in Burlington (Vermont, USA) at Craig’s prototype facility. Therefore, please allow some variation in graphics and specs. The board may look slightly different than what’s on your screen. All boards are made to order in Burlington, Vermont featuring Super Fly II™ Core, 45º Carbon Highlights, Dualzone™ EGD™, and WFO Sintered Base. If you know and love the in-line model, this core material is a step up.
When will capacity re-open?
We open up orders at the start of each month, so check back near the 1st of the month to see if we’re accepting new orders or click the 'Alert Me of Next Availability' button after you finish your design to be contacted directly.
Cancellations, returns & Withdrawals
Custom Shop snowboards are built to your design and specifications. Because they’re personalized, the statutory right of withdrawal (14-day return right) does not apply, and Custom Shop snowboards
can’t be returned or exchanged.
Once you submit your design and place your order, it goes straight into production. We can’t change, swap, or cancel it after that, so double-check your design before you hit confirm.
If your board arrives defective or damaged you’re covered by your statutory warranty
