Some of our Flagship stores carry a variety of demo snowboards for beginners as well as pros. So if you are looking to try before you buy, call up your closest Burton Flagship store to inquire about a demo rental. When it comes to customer services, Burton Flagship stores can process returns, exchanges, and price adjustments as well as help with warranty issues. They can also order Burton gear that you’ve tried on in-store and can have items shipped directly to your home address – a great option if you want to shop while you’re on vacation but don’t have additional room in your luggage for that new [ak] snowboarding jacket that caught your eye.

Burton Stores, also known as partner retailers, are private businesses that carry a wide range of Burton merchandise including snowboarding jackets and pants, casual wear, snowboards, boots, and bindings. Because our partner retailers are often located in ski towns or at ski resorts, they generally have a selection of premium demo snowboards available for everyone, from beginners to expert riders. This makes our partner stores a great resource for out-of-state and international travelers who may want to rent. Burton's Testride program is also a great way to try-before-you-buy if you want to test a new snowboard shape. One limitation of our partner stores is that you can only return or exchange merchandise that was purchased at that specific location. For example, you cannot return merchandise from the Burton Denver Flagship store at our Breckenridge Partner Store.
